Speed-to-Lead for small business

Faster response. More qualified conversations. More appointments/jobs booked. More revenue.

A managed AI Voice Receptionist that answers, qualifies, books, routes, and follows up for your business.

When customers call, waiting can cost the business an opportunity. The AI Voice Receptionist answers inbound calls, qualifies the caller, books appointments, routes calls, and follows your after-hours rules. I configure, test, monitor, and maintain the complete system for you.

The faster you respond, the more opportunities you win.

Speed-to-Lead is the time between a customer contacting your business and receiving a useful response. The AI Voice Receptionist reduces that delay by answering immediately and moving the caller toward booking or the correct person.

See why Speed-to-Lead matters to small-business revenue

Respond while the customer is ready to act.

Speed-to-Lead: The AI Voice Receptionist answers inbound calls immediately instead of waiting for a staff member to become available.

Move the right callers toward the calendar.

Qualification and booking: The receptionist qualifies the caller, books the appointment, routes the call, or hands the conversation to a person based on your business rules.

More booked work creates more revenue.

Revenue impact: The business makes money when more qualified callers become booked appointments or jobs. Automated follow-up keeps those opportunities moving without adding equivalent front-desk payroll.

One managed AI Voice package. Clearly defined.

The Standard Package is the managed AI Voice Receptionist and the features required to answer, qualify, book, route, follow up, and keep the customer visible through the handoff.

How the work moves

This is repeatable work, but it is not one-size-fits-all. The package is configured around your hours, services, staff, call rules, calendar, and customer journey.

  1. Map the customer path

We identify what happens from the first call or inquiry through qualification, booking, follow-up, and human handoff.

  2. Configure and connect

I build the call logic, calendar, pipeline, messages, notifications, and required integrations.

  3. Test before launch

We test normal calls, edge cases, after-hours behavior, booking, routing, and follow-up before customers use it.

  4. Manage and improve

I monitor the configuration, handle reasonable changes, and adjust the system as the business learns what works.

Good fit

  • Fast response to incoming calls and leads
  • Consistent booking and follow-up
  • A hands-off system configured, monitored, and maintained for you
  • One clear place to see conversations, appointments, and next steps

Probably not a fit

  • You need a large staffed call-center operation with constant live-agent coverage
  • Nearly every customer interaction requires immediate expert or licensed judgment
  • The business cannot define consistent rules for answering, booking, routing, or escalation

Common questions about Standard Packages

Is the AI Voice Receptionist separate from the standard package?

No. The receptionist is the main voice component of the package and can answer calls, collect information, qualify the request, book, route, and hand off based on the rules we configure. The final scope depends on what your business needs the receptionist to handle.

Is GoHighLevel included?

A managed GoHighLevel sub-account can be included when it is the right platform for the package. I am not charging you a separate software-reseller fee for the sub-account. My fee covers configuration and management; client-specific AI, phone, SMS, email, and other usage remains separate.

Can the receptionist handle after-hours or emergency calls?

Yes, when the business has clear rules for what qualifies as urgent and what should happen next. That may mean collecting details, routing to an on-call person, booking the next available time, or giving an approved instruction.

Can this use my existing phone number or calendar?

Often, yes. That depends on the current phone provider, calendar, CRM, and routing requirements. I review the existing setup before recommending whether to connect it, forward it, or replace a specific piece.

Does the base package include database reactivation?

No. Database reactivation is a separate campaign and commercial model because it depends on the condition of the customer list, the offer, consent records, attribution, and the value of booked work.
