Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026
Last updated: July 21, 2026

This website is operated by Adam Hall, a sole proprietor. "Adam Does AI" is the business brand used on this website. In this Privacy Policy, "Adam Does AI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Adam Hall in his capacity as a sole proprietor.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit adamdoesai.com, submit a form, schedule an appointment, communicate with us, subscribe to updates, or interact with an Adam Does AI website chat, voice, SMS, or other online feature (collectively, the "Website").

Mobile Messaging Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile information and SMS consent are used only to provide the messages a person expressly requests or authorizes, maintain consent and opt-out records, deliver messages through necessary messaging providers, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable law. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred for unrelated marketing, lead generation, or resale.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information Adam Does AI handles for its own Website and business-development purposes, including information about Website visitors, prospective clients, newsletter subscribers, and people who communicate directly with Adam Does AI.

This Privacy Policy does not govern:

  • a paying client's independent privacy practices;
  • personal information collected through an AI agent, website, CRM, telephone system, or workflow deployed for a client;
  • information Adam Does AI processes solely under a client's instructions while performing contracted services; or
  • a future SaaS product, digital storefront, or other product that has a separate privacy notice.

Client projects and client-controlled systems are governed by the applicable client agreement, data-processing terms, and the client's own privacy notice. If you interacted with a system operated for one of our clients, direct your privacy request to that client unless the system specifically identifies Adam Does AI as the responsible business.

2. Information We Collect

The information collected depends on how you use the Website.

Information You Provide

We may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name, business name, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and social-media or messaging handle.
  • Inquiry information, such as the services that interest you, your business needs, budget range, preferred contact method, and free-text messages.
  • Appointment information, such as scheduling preferences, calendar details, and information you provide when booking a consultation.
  • Communications, including emails, form submissions, chat and SMS messages, social-media messages, voice messages, call recordings, call transcripts, and summaries.
  • Files and content, if a Website form or approved communication channel allows you to upload a document or other material.
  • Marketing preferences and consent records, including newsletter choices, SMS or call consent, and opt-out requests.
  • Other information you voluntarily provide.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card data, bank credentials, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through public forms, ordinary email, general chat, or voice agents.

Information Collected Automatically

The Website, Hostinger, security services, and authorized analytics tools may automatically collect:

  • IP address;
  • browser, device, and operating-system information;
  • referring and exit pages;
  • pages viewed, links selected, and features used;
  • access dates and times;
  • approximate location derived from an IP address;
  • cookie and similar technology identifiers; and
  • server, diagnostic, error, and security logs.

We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation through the Website.

Information From Other Sources

We may receive business contact information from referrals, public business directories, publicly available professional profiles, social-media platforms, scheduling providers, and services you choose to use to communicate with us. We do not purchase or rent consumer marketing lists.

3. AI Chat, Voice, and Automated Features

The Website may include AI-enabled chat, voice, SMS, scheduling, or other automated features. Depending on the feature, these systems may process your contact information, messages, call audio, transcripts, summaries, appointment details, service interests, and other information you choose to provide.

We do not use personal information collected through the Website to train or fine-tune a general-purpose AI model owned by Adam Does AI.

Information may be sent to third-party AI and infrastructure providers to generate a response, transcribe a call, schedule an appointment, route an inquiry, or operate another requested feature. Where commercially available and appropriate, we intend to use business or API configurations that restrict providers from using submitted data to train their general-purpose models. Providers remain subject to their own terms, configurations, retention practices, and privacy policies.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not submit sensitive information or rely on a Website agent for legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

4. Call Recording, Transcription, and Messaging

When enabled, calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed. The call flow is intended to disclose the use of AI and provide a recording or transcription notice before recording or transcription begins. Recording or transcription should proceed only after the required consent is obtained. We may retain consent records to document permission and compliance.

We may send transactional emails, calls, or text messages concerning your inquiry, appointment, requested information, or direct relationship with Adam Does AI.

We send marketing communications only where permitted by law and subject to applicable consent requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the method in the message or by contacting us. You may revoke consent to automated text messages by replying STOP or using another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. Where supported, reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

5. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website;
  • respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
  • schedule consultations and appointments;
  • operate Website chat, voice, SMS, and automated features;
  • communicate about potential services and business opportunities;
  • send newsletters and permitted marketing communications;
  • understand Website traffic, performance, and campaign effectiveness;
  • troubleshoot errors and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
  • maintain consent, suppression, and business records;
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or authorized by you.

Submitting an inquiry does not make you a client. Information relating to a later paid engagement will be governed by the applicable signed client agreements in addition to this Privacy Policy where relevant.

6. Cookies and Online Tracking

The Website and its providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for Website functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and performance measurement.

Depending on which features are enabled, providers may include Hostinger, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics services. We may evaluate advertising pixels, social-media measurement, heatmap, or session-replay technologies in the future. Before enabling technologies that materially change our tracking practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide legally required controls.

Most browsers allow you to delete or block cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may affect Website functionality.

We do not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not conduct that activity, there is currently no sale or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and recognize legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable.

The Website does not currently respond to the older, non-standardized browser Do Not Track signal. Third-party providers may collect information through embedded content or enabled technologies under their own privacy policies.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Website and service providers that perform hosting, security, communications, AI processing, CRM, scheduling, analytics, storage, or technical-support services for us.
  • Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, or auditors, when reasonably necessary.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property; investigate fraud or abuse; or enforce an agreement.
  • A successor or transaction participant in connection with a proposed or completed reorganization, sale, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not exchange personal information for contact lists or disclose it to unrelated lead-generation partners for their independent marketing.

Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

Mobile information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers that support message delivery may process mobile information only as necessary to provide messaging services for Adam Does AI, maintain consent and suppression records, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with law. They may not use that information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law, but we do not transfer mobile opt-in data or consent for unrelated marketing, lead generation, or resale.

8. Website Providers and Platforms

Depending on the Website feature you use, providers that may process personal information include:

  • Hostinger for Website and server infrastructure;
  • GoHighLevel for forms, CRM, scheduling, communications, and automation;

  • WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X when you communicate with us through those services.

This is a representative list. A provider does not receive every category of information merely because it appears here. Information is disclosed according to the feature used, the provider configuration, and the purpose for which it is needed.

9. Data Retention

Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained when it can no longer reasonably identify you.

10. Data Security

We use safeguards designed to protect personal information in light of its nature and our operations. These may include HTTPS encryption in transit, multifactor authentication, role-based and least-privilege access, protected credential storage, and security features provided by our hosting and cloud providers.

Provider-dependent measures, including encryption at rest, logging, monitoring, and backups, vary by platform and configuration. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe information has been compromised, contact support@adamdoesai.com.

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Submit a request to support@adamdoesai.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Describe your request and identify the email address, telephone number, or interaction associated with the information. We may verify your identity by confirming control of the relevant email address or account and, when reasonably necessary, requesting additional information proportionate to the request.

An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable. We may request signed authorization and verify your identity directly unless the agent has legally sufficient authority.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may be exempt from deletion or disclosure because of legal, security, transactional, or recordkeeping requirements. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing support@adamdoesai.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal. The appeal will be reviewed by Adam Hall.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

12. Children's Privacy

The Website is intended for adults and business representatives and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If we learn that we collected such information without legally required parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

People under 18 should not submit an inquiry or use an interactive business feature without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

13. United States Operations and International Processing

Adam Does AI currently markets to businesses in the United States. We do not intentionally target customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other foreign jurisdictions.

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with privacy laws different from those where you live, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may link to or embed third-party services. We do not control their independent privacy or security practices. Review the privacy policies and settings of scheduling, social-media, messaging, AI, and other third-party services you use.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Website, providers, practices, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted with a new Last updated date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice by email or through a prominent Website notice where reasonably practicable or legally required.
