Website Terms of Service
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These Website Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Adam Hall, a sole proprietor. "Adam Does AI" is the business brand used on this website. In these Terms, "Adam Does AI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Adam Hall in his capacity as a sole proprietor.
These Terms govern your access to and use of adamdoesai.com, including its pages, content, contact and booking forms, demonstrations, chat and voice agents, messaging features, and other online features that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Website").
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
Adam Does AI Messaging Program
The Adam Does AI Messaging Program, operated by Adam Hall as a sole proprietor, sends non-marketing text messages to people who expressly opt in. Messages may concern an inquiry, requested services, appointments, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and related follow-up.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to the number that sent the message. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through the same form or another documented opt-in method.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or email adam@adamdoesai.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
- For privacy-related questions, read our Privacy Policy.
The messaging program is intended to operate in accordance with applicable carrier requirements, industry standards, and federal and state law.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern the Website only. They do not govern the scope, pricing, deliverables, maintenance, support, ownership, data processing, or other terms of a paid client engagement.
Submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, receiving a demonstration, exchanging emails, or discussing a possible project does not create a client, consulting, fiduciary, partnership, or other professional relationship. Adam Does AI is not hired and has no obligation to begin work unless the parties execute the required written client agreement or Statement of Work and any required initial payment is received.
Paid consulting, implementation, managed services, hosting, client-deployed AI systems, and other professional services are governed by separate signed agreements. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these Website Terms concerning a paid engagement, the signed client agreement controls.
The Website does not currently offer a purchasable subscription or SaaS account. Future digital products, courses, subscriptions, SaaS products, or online purchases may require additional purchase, license, refund, or product-specific terms presented before purchase.
2. Eligibility and Business Purpose
The Website is intended for adults and business representatives. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry, schedule a consultation, or use an interactive business feature without a parent or legal guardian.
If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization when submitting information or requesting contact.
The Website is directed primarily to users in the United States. We do not represent that the Website is appropriate or legally available in every location.
3. Website Information Is Not a Binding Offer
Website descriptions, examples, demonstrations, estimated capabilities, service summaries, case studies, and marketing materials are provided for general informational purposes. They are not a binding offer, guarantee, proposal, quotation, warranty, or commitment to deliver a particular result or feature.
Actual services, deliverables, prices, timelines, support, maintenance, and responsibilities will be defined in a separate written client agreement or Statement of Work.
We may change Website content, service descriptions, availability, or prospective offerings at any time without creating an obligation to provide a previously described feature.
4. Contact Forms and Scheduling
You agree to provide accurate, current, and lawful information when submitting a form or scheduling an appointment. You may not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, or use our forms to send spam, malware, harassment, or unlawful content.
Scheduling a consultation reserves time for an initial discussion only. It does not guarantee that Adam Does AI will accept a project or that the requested service is available.
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card data, bank credentials, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through public forms, ordinary email, Website chat, or Website voice agents.
5. AI Chat, Voice, and Automated Features
The Website may provide AI-enabled chat, voice, SMS, scheduling, or demonstration features. When reasonably apparent or technically feasible, the feature will identify itself as automated or AI-enabled.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, biased, outdated, or unsuitable. They are provided for general information, basic inquiry handling, and scheduling. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, cybersecurity, safety, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it. Do not use a Website agent to make high-risk, legally significant, or emergency decisions.
Website agents are not 911, emergency dispatch, life-safety monitoring, or emergency-response systems. If there is an immediate threat to life, health, safety, or property, stop using the Website and contact 911 or the appropriate emergency authority.
6. Call Recording, Messaging, and Electronic Communications
When enabled, calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed. The call flow is intended to provide notice and obtain the required consent before recording or transcription begins. If you do not consent, do not continue with the recorded or transcribed interaction and contact us through another available method.
By submitting contact information and requesting a response, you authorize Adam Does AI to contact you concerning that inquiry or appointment through the methods you selected or provided, subject to applicable law and your consent choices.
Adam Does AI Messaging Program
If you separately opt in through a Website checkbox or another documented method, you agree to receive conversational and informational text messages from Adam Does AI about your inquiry, requested services, appointment scheduling, reminders, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also request assistance or withdraw consent by emailing support@adamdoesai.com.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Promotional or marketing text messages will be sent only when the recipient has provided the consent required for that type of message. Mobile information and messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the method provided in the message. A request to revoke messaging consent will be honored through any reasonable method required by applicable law, including a reply of STOP.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, or third-party right;
- engage in fraud, deception, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, threats, or abuse;
- submit spam, unlawful marketing, malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
- attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability scanning, exploitation, or interference;
- conduct prompt-injection attacks or attempt to reveal protected system instructions, credentials, private data, or security controls;
- access information belonging to another visitor, client, or business;
- overload, disable, disrupt, or impair the Website or its providers;
- bypass authentication, rate limits, usage restrictions, robot-exclusion measures, or security safeguards;
- scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Website through automated means without written permission;
- reverse engineer or derive source code or protected components except where a restriction is prohibited by law;
- upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content;
- use Website content or an AI feature to develop or operate a competing service through unauthorized copying; or
- use the Website for emergency dispatch, high-risk decision-making, or another purpose for which it was not designed.
We may block or restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
8. Your Submissions
You retain ownership of material you submit through the Website. You grant Adam Does AI and its Website providers a limited right to host, copy, transmit, analyze, and use the material only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, operate the requested feature, secure the Website, and comply with law.
You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that its submission and intended use do not violate another person's rights, confidentiality, privacy, or applicable law.
Do not send unsolicited confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information before an appropriate confidentiality agreement is signed. An unsolicited Website submission is not treated as confidential merely because you consider it confidential, although personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Adam Does AI Content and Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, branding, text, graphics, designs, videos, demonstrations, workflows, prompts, configurations, documentation, code, and other materials are owned by Adam Does AI or used under license and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for lawful evaluation of Adam Does AI and its prospective services.
Except where permitted by law or written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative commercial products from, remove proprietary notices from, or commercially exploit Website materials.
The names Adam Does AI, associated branding, and logos may not be used to imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written permission.
10. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide a suggestion or feedback about the Website, you grant Adam Does AI a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information. This does not transfer ownership of your business data or materials submitted for a potential project.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use, embed, or link to third-party hosting, scheduling, communications, analytics, social-media, AI, mapping, video, or other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Adam Does AI does not control and is not responsible for a third party's content, availability, security, accuracy, policies, or practices. A link or integration does not imply endorsement. Use third-party services at your own discretion.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information associated with the Website and is incorporated into these Terms.
If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, do not submit personal information or use interactive Website features.
13. No Business-Outcome Guarantee
Website content may discuss potential benefits of AI, automation, integration, lead handling, scheduling, or workflow modernization. Results vary by business and depend on factors outside Adam Does AI's control.
The Website does not guarantee any number of leads, appointments, conversions, sales, revenue, profit, cost savings, productivity improvement, search ranking, customer satisfaction level, or other business outcome.
Any binding service warranty or performance obligation must appear in a separate signed client agreement.
14. Website Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Website page, demonstration, feature, or content at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free of harmful components.
We may perform maintenance or emergency security work without advance notice. Third-party outages and provider changes may affect Website availability.
15. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AI OUTPUTS, DEMONSTRATIONS, AND ONLINE FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ADAM DOES AI DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT WEBSITE INFORMATION OR AI OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, UNIQUE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE. INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE SHOULD NOT REPLACE YOUR OWN EVALUATION OR QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
Some jurisdictions do not permit particular disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to the extent prohibited by law.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADAM DOES AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADAM DOES AI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, FREE DEMONSTRATIONS, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability relating to a paid client engagement is governed by the applicable signed client agreement, not this Website limitation.
17. Responsibility for Misuse
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, material you submit without sufficient rights, or your infringement of another person's intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
This section does not make you responsible for Adam Does AI's own misconduct or obligations that cannot legally be transferred.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and disputes concerning the Website are governed by Maryland law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a lawsuit, a party must provide written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days, unless immediate relief is reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, infringement, data exposure, or irreparable harm.
After that period, the parties consent to jurisdiction in the state courts located in Harford County, Maryland, or, when federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new Last updated date. Material changes may also be announced through a prominent Website notice. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Changes to these Website Terms do not modify a separately signed client agreement.
20. General Terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement governing general Website use. They do not replace or modify a separately signed client agreement.
You may not assign rights under these Terms without our written consent. Adam Does AI may assign these Terms to an entity owned or controlled by Adam Hall, including a successor Adam Does AI limited liability company, or in connection with a transfer of the Website or business, subject to applicable law. Until an assignment becomes effective, Adam Hall remains the responsible operator.
