Adam Does AI

Built around how your business actually works

Connect the work your business is still doing by hand. Turn the fix into measurable value.

Custom AI integration is for problems that cross your software, documents, data, staff, and day-to-day workflow—and cannot be solved by installing one more app.

I look for where the business is losing time, capacity, follow-through, or revenue; then I design and build a practical system around that problem. The goal is not to make the business look technical. The goal is to make it work better.

The system has to improve the business, not just add AI.

A custom build should have a business reason behind it. That may be reducing labor spent on repetitive tasks, collecting money faster, preventing missed follow-up, or giving the team more capacity without immediately adding payroll.

Move repeat work out of the staff queue.

Reduce avoidable labor: Data entry, document handling, status updates, recurring reports, routine follow-up, and internal handoffs can be automated so people spend more time on work that needs them.

Keep estimates, invoices, and customer steps moving.

Protect revenue and cash flow: A system can monitor what is waiting, prompt the next action, send approved follow-up, and make exceptions visible before work or payment falls through.

Let the existing team handle more work.

Create operating capacity: Connecting the systems employees already use can reduce the back-and-forth required to find information, update records, prepare documents, and move work to the next person.

What is included

Custom integration covers a wider range of work than a standard package. The right combination is determined by the business problem, the systems involved, and the value of fixing it.

Workflow Automation

Remove repeated steps that slow down customers, staff, or cash flow.

  • Lead intake, estimates, scheduling, and customer onboarding
  • Invoice creation, delivery, reminders, and payment follow-up
  • Document intake, extraction, organization, and routing
  • Internal approvals, notifications, and human handoffs
  • Recurring reports, data entry, and status updates

Systems and Business Data

Connect the information employees need without forcing everything into one new app.

  • CRM, email, calendars, documents, and spreadsheets
  • Inventory, equipment, company assets, and job information
  • Shared folders and approved workstation directories
  • APIs, databases, webhooks, and existing business software
  • Internal knowledge and searchable business information

Custom Tools and AI Systems

Build the interface or agent the business actually needs.

  • Custom dashboards and internal business applications
  • AI agents with defined tools, permissions, and approvals
  • Local AI operating-system deployments where appropriate
  • File-monitoring and document-processing workflows
  • Team AI setup, training, and practical usage guidance

How the work moves

The discovery call determines whether the business has one or two known problems for a focused assessment or needs a broader, paid systems audit.

  1. Discovery

We identify whether the business has a specific problem to solve or needs a broader review of several systems, workflows, or departments.

  2. Focused Assessment or Comprehensive Audit

I review one or two known problems through the free assessment, or scope a paid multi-day audit when the business needs a wider review.

  3. Recommendations and Scope

You receive a clear recommendation defining what should be built, what should remain unchanged, the expected business value, and the proposed investment.

  4. Build, Test, and Launch

I build the approved solution, test it with real scenarios, document it, and introduce it to the people who will use it.

Custom projects begin with a defined business case.

Pricing depends on the number of systems, workflow depth, data quality, risk, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Client-paid software, model APIs, and other third-party costs are separated from implementation whenever possible.

Custom project: From $3,500

Defined scope, build, testing, and launch

Comprehensive AI Systems Audit: Paid and scoped after discovery

Multi-day review, prioritized opportunities, and an implementation roadmap

Ongoing support: When needed

Based on the finished system and support level

Not every workflow should be automated, and not every problem needs AI. If a simpler fix makes more sense, that should be clear before a custom build begins.

Good fit

  • The problem crosses multiple tools, people, files, or business steps
  • Staff repeatedly copy, chase, organize, reconcile, or re-enter information
  • Delays in the workflow affect revenue, customer experience, or cash collection
  • You need a system built around the business instead of another isolated app

Probably not a fit

  • You want AI added without a defined business problem
  • The project requires a full-time development or operations team
  • You expect an unsupervised system to make high-risk business decisions

Possible additions

  • Custom reporting and management dashboards
  • Workstation or local-network deployment
  • Additional data sources or business locations
  • Ongoing model and workflow evaluation
  • Staff training and internal usage guides
  • Adapters to approved AI tools already used by the team

Common questions about Custom Integration

What is the difference between consulting and implementation?

Consulting identifies the problem, evaluates the workflow, and recommends what should change. Implementation is the actual build: connecting systems, creating workflows or tools, testing them, and helping the team use the result. Most custom projects combine both.

What is included in the free AI Opportunity Assessment?

The free assessment focuses on one or two known business problems. We review the current process, the tools involved, the desired result, and whether AI or automation is a practical fit. It does not include a full review of the business or a detailed implementation roadmap.

When is a Comprehensive AI Systems Audit required?

A paid audit makes sense when the business wants multiple systems, workflows, teams, or departments reviewed. It is a multi-day engagement that produces a prioritized list of opportunities and a practical implementation roadmap.

Can you work with files stored on business computers?

Yes, when that is part of an approved deployment. A local system can be limited to specific directories such as Invoices or a shared job folder. Access should be scoped, read-only where possible, logged, and expanded only when the workflow requires it.

Can you connect inventory or company assets?

Yes. Inventory, equipment, vehicles, job assets, service records, and similar information can be connected when there is a usable data source or a practical way to create one. The goal is to help the team find, update, or act on that information with less manual work.

Do I have to replace my current software?

Not necessarily. Custom integration often starts by connecting the tools the business already uses. A replacement is only worth considering when the current system prevents a reliable solution or costs more to work around than to change.
